Game Coins

Game Coins are for entertainment play only. They cannot be redeemed for prizes (Rules 6.2.2).

Sweeps Coins

Sweeps Coins are sweepstakes entries that are redeemable for cash prizes. Only SC won through play count toward a redemption (Rules 7.4).

Diamonds

Diamonds activate Game Boosts through a feature called Boost on Demand. They are not Sweeps Coins and have no prize value.

High 5 publishes clear redemption rules, and they are stricter than its marketing suggests. You need 100 eligible SC for a cash prize, and processing can take up to 10 days.

Methods and operator-stated times

Cards and Apple Pay work for purchases only. The operator says it charges no redemption fees, but Rules 8.4 reserve the right to charge them.

Rules that decide when you get paid

• SC must be played at least once before they count toward a prize (Rules 7.7).
• The minimum is 50 SC for non-cash prizes and 100 SC for cash prizes, at $1 per SC (Rules 8.2).
• Processing can take up to 10 days, and yearly totals of $2,000 or more may take longer (Rules 8.7).
