2. Enter your email address or phone number and create a password.
3. Tick the box confirming you are at least 21 and not a resident of a restricted state.
4. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and tick the promo code box if you have a code.
5. Confirm your email through the link Sweepico sends, or confirm your phone with the code it texts.
6. Allow location services, because section 8.5 of the Terms requires them to use the account.
7. Complete any verification checks, after which the 1 SC sign-up bonus is credited.

Sweepico does not disclose how long the email or SMS verification window lasts. The first-purchase offer appears in the coin store after login, and its contents are not published publicly.

Sweepico does not publish its coin package prices outside the logged-in store, so we cannot calculate SC per $1 yet. We will add the full package table once we have a dated capture of the store.

Two rules apply to every package. Section 3 of the Official Rules says Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased, and section 6 says all Gold Coin purchases are final.

Sweepico’s Refund Policy is narrow. A refund is considered only within 24 hours of the purchase and only if the coins have not been played.

Sweepico runs as a prize promotion under US sweepstakes law, with two currencies. Gold Coins are for entertainment only, and Sweeps Coins won through play are redeemable for cash prizes.

Sweepico Currencies and Play Modes

Sweepico’s homepage describes two play experiences, Tournament Mode and Promotional Mode. The homepage does not explain which balance each mode uses, so read the Official Rules before you play.

The Official Rules define Sweeps Coins as free sweepstakes entries that cannot be purchased. Only Sweeps Coins won through game play, not those collected for free, can be redeemed for prizes.

Ways to Get Free Sweeps Coins at Sweepico

Sweepico lists nine routes to Sweeps Coins in section 6 of its Official Rules. Most are free, and the table shows what each one is worth.

Sweepico Mail-In Request

Sweepico’s Alternative Method of Entry gives 1 SC per handwritten request. You write your details and a set statement on a 4×6 index card and post it in a #10 envelope.

The card must show your full legal name, account email, username and residential address. It must also carry the handwritten entry statement, your signature and the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

The mailing address is UTech Solutions LLC, #92769 5830 East 2nd St. PMB 92769, Casper, WY 82609. You must post from the same state as your verified address, and illegible entries are void.

Sweepico lets you request a prize once you hold 25 redeemable Sweeps Coins, but payment can take up to 30 days. This section covers the limits, the steps and the documents you will need.

Sweepico Redemption Limits

Section 9 of the Official Rules sets five limits that shape every redemption. The daily cap and the five-day gap matter most for larger balances.

The daily cap and the five-day gap combine badly for a large balance. A player holding 500 redeemable SC would need at least five requests. Those requests would span 20 days or more before processing even starts.

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins at Sweepico

Redeeming follows four steps, based on sections 7 to 9 of the Official Rules. Sweepico does not show the redemption screen to logged-out visitors.

1. Play each Sweeps Coin through at least once in a Sweeps Coins game.
2. Build a balance of at least 25 redeemable Sweeps Coins.
3. Complete Know-Your-Customer verification if Sweepico requests it.
4. Submit one redemption request, then wait at least 5 days before the next one.

Sweepico Purchase Methods

Sweepico does not list its purchase methods on any public page we could open. Section 6.1 of the Terms requires the name on your payment method to match your account name.

Purchases appear on bank statements as “UTech Solutions LLC,” according to section 6.8 of the Terms. A chargeback suspends the account and becomes a debt owed to the operator.

Sweepico Redemption Methods

Sweepico does not name its redemption methods on public pages, and its rules do not publish a separate gift card minimum. We have asked for a dated capture of the redemption screen before naming any method.

Sweepico Verification Documents

Sweepico may ask for more documents than most rivals before it pays a prize. The Official Rules and Terms list these:

• Government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license.
• A biometric facial scan.
• Proof of address, such as a utility bill matching your account.
• Validation of your Social Security number.
• Source of funds documents, such as a payslip or bank statement.
• Proof of card ownership, such as a photo showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits.

Sweepico’s slot lobby leans toward fruit themes and Hold ‘n’ Link mechanics. Named titles include Wild Buffalo Hold ‘n’ Link, Book of Nile: Revenge, Zen Zen Cash Deluxe and Lotus Fortune.

The lobby also has Bonus Buy and Bonus Combo collections. Examples include 3 Chests: Bonus Combo, Rich Piggies Bonus Combo and Big Catch Bonanza Bonus Buy.

Sweepico Iconic21 Live Games

Sweepico’s Iconic21 Live category lists 48 games on the homepage provider card. Titles include Live Roulette, Blackjack 360 Sunrise, Speed Blackjack 4, Dragon Tiger and Grand Bonus Baccarat.

The Official Rules say Sweepico may limit Sweeps Coins play in Live and Table Games. Check the SC balance shown before entering a table.

Sweepico Table Games

Sweepico has a small table games category supplied by Evoplay. It includes European Roulette, Texas Hold’em Bonus, Video Poker, BlackJack Lucky Sevens and Oasis Poker Classic.

Sweepico Fishing and Instant Games

Sweepico carries fishing titles such as Fishing Kingdom, plus an AceWin Fishing collection. The lobby menu also has an Instant Games section.

Sweepico Jackpots

Sweepico runs the Big Bang Jackpot with four tiers named Mini, Minor, Major and Grand. The homepage also describes jackpot-style activities in Promotional Mode with Red, Silver, Gold and Diamond account levels.

Sweepico does not publish RTP figures or name a testing lab for its games. That gap matters for Dana, who checks RTP at licensed real-money sites.

Sweepico runs in mobile and desktop browsers, and we found no app on the US App Store. The homepage says the responsive site supports iOS and Android browsers.

The browser lobby filters games by provider and by collections such as Hold’n’Spin, Bonus Buy and Big Bang Jackpot. One weakness is that store prices stay hidden until you register.

Sweepico’s clearest difference is its 25 SC redemption floor. That sits well below the 75 SC cash minimum at McLuck and Hello Millions. That low floor helps players who redeem small amounts.

The same rules then slow those prizes down. The 30-day processing window, the five-day gap and the $100 daily cap mean the low minimum suits small, occasional redemptions best.

Sweepico’s public pages confirm email support only, at support@sweepico.com. Section 6.12 of the Terms says email runs 24 hours a day, with replies taking up to 72 hours.

We found no help center or FAQ beyond a short list on the homepage. Players with verification or redemption questions must email and wait.

Sweepico does not describe any of the 10 player protection tools we check on its public pages. Its homepage advises regular breaks and a fixed entertainment budget instead.
